WORKOUT: LEGS + CORE CLASS

LOOKING TO BREAK A QUICK SWEAT? 

ONE OF MY ROUTINE WEEKLY WORKOUT CLASSES I GO TO WHILE IM HOME; BOTTOMS UP + ABS OUT CLASS TAUGHT BY @LUANAOWAN!  I FILMED 15 MINUTES OF THE SECOND PART OF CLASS (MOSTLY CORE).

FOLLOW ALONG WITH THIS VIDEO AND THEN REPEAT IT A FEW TIMES.  I SPED UP THE VIDEO, BUT TRY TO DO AT LEAST 15-20 OF EACH DIFFERENT MOVEMENT.
