SWITCHIN' UP MY MAKEUP

In fact I don’t even wear any makeup most of my days ESPECIALLY IF MY SKIN IS BREAKING OUT. However, when I do wear makeup I’ve made the conscious decision to use products my skin likes, and boy thats been a trial and error journey (still is) and I’m sure many of you have already tried so many brands and products just as I did. Its strange and very difficult to pin point exactly what your skin could be breaking out from (it could be certain ingredieNTS, even natural AND organic ones). Even I don’t entirely know why I break out, but I’ve finally got my skin under some control by changing a few things. I started first BY changing my diet, I got an allergy test and learned what foods I was intolerant to. Once I cut all those foods out from my diet, I noticed a drastic difference in my skin (like no more forehead acne), however, I was still getting occasional breakouts. So I changed everything having to do with my skin routine and the products I use, from skin care to makeup. I got my first facial I think in 2014 (I knowwww, I can’t believe I waited that long but I didn’t have acne till I was 19) and I was getting facials every 2-3 weeks depending on the condition of my skin. After going to my facial lady (mischakleinspa.com) for about 4 months my skin began to improve (I was also doing laser spot treatments for my acne which definitely made a difference, especially since for work they just BEAT makeup INTO MY FACE and who knows if have the things they use are actually sanitary). My facial lady had me switch to the skincare line of products she uses on me, which are all natural and organic (elinaorganics.com). I then decided to make the “switch” to using as much natural, organic, NON COMEDOGENIC, PARABEN FREE, VEGAN, FRAGRANCE FREE, makeup and skin care products as I could.
